Get the value of the TextAttribute with the specified key that is associated with the given item.

The item to lookup. This can be a MemberInfo like FieldInfo, PropertyInfo...
key: Type: SystemObject
The key.

Type: String
The associated text, or null if the item does not have a text attribute with this key.

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type ICustomAttributeProvider.
