Gets the client rectangle of the framework element translated to another visual.

self: Type: System.WindowsFrameworkElement
The framework element for which to retrieve the client rectangle.
relativeTo: Type: System.Windows.MediaVisual
The visual to which the rectangle coordinates are translated.

Type: Rect
The client rectangle relative to the visual.
